As you enter the property through the secure electronic gates you will follow the winding driveway up to this amazing five bedroom holiday home which will comfortably sleep 10 people. First impressions will not disappoint with perfectly manicured gardens, thatched entrance ways, tropical gardens and don't forget all that space to take in the beautiful surroundings...time to escape and relax Broome Style..

Once inside this stunning home you will feel the calming ambiance that gives you that total holiday feel. It's now time to relax and take it all in.

On the ground floor you will find a brand new kitchen complete with all the modern cons including a six burner gas cooktop and coffee machine. Adjoining is a massive lounge/dining that looks out over the spectacular pool area. There is also a separate TV room and another living area, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

The first three bedrooms are located at the end of the house and are all fitted with a king bed that can alternatively be made up as two singles beds if required. The main bathroom is close by to the bedrooms and is very generous in size. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs is where the master suite is located including a sitting area, king bed, walk in robe and a beautiful ensuite. Did I mention it is all about the views? You will even have your own private balcony that has panoramic views across the natural bushland....you can't get better than this!

The fifth bedroom is off the main house near the entrance and is equipped with an ensuite and a king bed that can be alternatively made up as two singles beds if required. Up to three rollaway beds can also be added to the house if needed and they can sleep an adult or child comfortably.

Outside is an entertainers paradise with a built in kitchen/ BBQ, TV, plenty of decked area with room for all, including a large balinese gazebo. You will also find the fabulous saltwater resort style pool and plenty of grassed area for the kids to play.

Parking will not be a problem as there is a substantial area with room for a boat or caravan.

All linen/towels will be provided. Pool towels will also be provided. Pets are permitted outside only.
