The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an up stairs Loft that can sleep an additional 2 (Shares Bathroom with Bedroom 4). Upstairs is the master bedroom with a huge king size bed, luxurious spa ensuite, TV and private balcony to take in the beautiful ocean views.

Upstairs is a modern combined living/dining area with a chef style fully equipped kitchen, a large flat screen TV with complimentary Foxtel and WiFi available. At the other end of the home is a study and stair case to bedroom 5 (Loft) room with another two remaining bedrooms downstairs which both have a queen bed and private bathrooms. There is a fully equipped Kitchen Down Stairs that leads to downstairs Pool area, There is also a main bathroom and full laundry facilities.

Outside you will find two spectacular areas perfect for entertaining with downstairs has an 8 metre pool, outside tables and stools adjoining the downstairs kitchen and lounge. Upstairs Balcony has space for everyone to dine and relax with an outdoor kitchen, beer fridge, ice esky and grilling plates. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax in the surroundings. What more could you ask for in a luxury holiday home?

You will also have access to a large lock up garage. All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.
