Vive El Sueño - Living The Dream! Welcome to our newly renovated, stylish, beach house! A short walk from the turquoise waters of Cable Beach.
The Dream was to design the perfect beach house that would provide the ultimate place to sit back, relax, unwind & enjoy Broome at its very best.
This unique beach house is bursting with character and provides many different options to hang out & relax. Broome is all about outdoor living! Come and stay at El Sueño and Live The Dream!

Both the front and back of the property have been artistically landscaped with Kimberly Sandstone pavers. The unique colour variations and rich texture of these sandstone pavers provides a beautiful representation of the unique Broome environment. Each stone is its own individual piece of artwork.
The gardens have been lovingly landscaped to create a tropical feel within the fully fenced and secure property. The front of which is accessed by an electronic sliding gate.

Each of the 3 bedrooms are located up stairs along with the large main bathroom with toilet that has 2 way access from the master bedroom and spacious landing.


Downstairs has been freshly painted throughout, the Lounge area has a large 65 inch smart TV complete with Netflix, log into your own account to use. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a large gas cook top.

The laundry and second toilet are located downstairs and provide access to our unique outdoor Mandi (shower). Enjoy the Broome lifestyle of showering outdoors, at one with nature, in amongst the palms and blue skies.

You will have access to our property which includes carport and space for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Multiple outdoor entertainment areas, large upstairs balcony that overlooks the 7m outdoor pool, outdoor mandi shower, 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 guests, kitchen, laundry, 2 brand new bathrooms, one upstairs one outdoor.

Should you check-in when we are available, we will welcome you in person to provide you with all keys and remote for the electronic gate. If we are unavailable during your check-in, you will be provided with pin codes and details on how to enter the property.

El Sueño is much loved pride and joy, we are happy to welcome families with children, groups of retired friends and families, and tourists visiting Broome, it is not suitable for parties or groups of young people or pets.

We do not smoke, therefore no smoking in the house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere but out on the front carport area, an ash tray will be provided that we would appreciate you empty and clean.

No glass to be used within 2m of the pool, plastic drink ware is provided if you want to take your wine in for a dip.

Please report any accidental damage and please love our home as much as we do and leave it in the same condition that it was presented to you on arrival.

Please note: The electronic front gate is to be closed at all times for privacy and security.

Car washing is not permitted onsite, car wash facilities area short drive away. Caravans, large boats and campervans are not permitted, alternate housing must be arranged.

Filleting of fish is not permitted onsite, fish must be dealt with, cleaned and disposed of, off site.

We are more than happy to offer early check-ins when it is possible however we are unable to offer late check-outs or luggage storage as cleaners are booked well in advance - please do not ask for late check out or luggage storage as we do not like to have to say no.
